About us
At Hearts our mission isn’t to just teach our students English or to just teach them dance or construction or whatever the course or camp is titled. We want to help our students to become well rounded, respectful people who are as original and unique as Hearts Education is. In everything we do we try to instill an enjoyment of learning, build confidence and respect, inspire creativity, forge leadership skills and give our students a running start in life. Many of our courses are in English not in spite of these goals but because of them. Students with a confident command of English will have more chances in life, not only financially, but in terms of travelling, social situations, access to information and access to other cultures.
The education system in the UK and British culture prides itself on creating strong, creative and independent leaders, but this is often at the expense of both the less capable students and worst behaved. The Taiwanese education system and culture forces all students, regardless of ability, to study extremely hard, to not fall behind and to behave well, but this is often to the detriment of independence, creativity and leadership skills. We at Hearts, hope to combine the best of both worlds.

在Hearts, 我們的目標不僅止於是英語, 舞蹈, 機器等課程的教學或任何營隊的進行, 我們更希望協助學生成長為一個圓融且受尊敬的個體.在這裡進行的每一件事情我們都希望注入愉快的學習, 建立信心和尊重,激發創意, 鍛鍊領導技能, 同時給予我們的學生一個進入人格成熟期所需的一切前期熱身訓練與準備.而我們很多課程均以英語來進行主要也是著眼在此. 當學生對英語的掌握更有信心就表示在未來的人生中他們將擁有更多的機會, 不僅只是在經濟上, 更是在旅行中, 一切社交場合, 資訊取得, 以及文化的交流上.事實上, 英國的教育體系以及文化常常是以培育堅強, 創意, 以及獨立的領導者為傲, 但也因此犧牲了能力和品行較差的學生.而反觀台灣的教育文化則是不論學生素質, 一律要求所有學生努力讀書, 舉止端正,但也因此犧牲了獨立創意和領導能力. 在Hearts, 我們希望能培養我們的學生結合這兩個世界的優點.
